week before the start of the tournament.

10U-13U will be Friday-Sunday tournaments, 15u and 16u will be Thursday-Sunday and 14u/17u may or may not start on Thursday.

Fields:

Imagingation Glen Park will host 10U-13U: Address: 2275 McCool Rd, Portage, IN 46368

High School Fields will be used for 14U-17U. 

Marquette Athletic Complete (MAC) – Address: 8600 W Pahs Rd, Michigan City, IN 46360

South Central High School – Address: 9808 S 600 W, Union Mills, IN 46382

Note: If either of these parks gets rained out and its not raining in Portage, and/or if a day gets rained out and we need to get games in, we’ve reserved Imagination Glen Park in Portage, which are adult softball fields with portable mounds, and these fields will be used as a back up plan if needed.

The fields are Marquette Baseball Complex are nice, but their bathrooms are portable. There may or may not be a concession stand at Michicgan City. You are welcome to bring your alcohol-free coolers to Michigan City.

Tickets:

Spectators ages 6 and younger are free. Spectators 7 and older can watch games by paying a spectator fee, whether you watch from your car or sitting in the stands. Tickets can be purchased online individual by the day or a weekend pass or your team can get the discounted team pass which covers all of your spectators for each day of the tournament.

Daily tickets are $8, Weekly Passes are $20, Team Passes are $400.

Paperwork:

All player’s parents must sign our Waiver before their son or daughter can enter the dugout. What usually happens is teams download the Waiver from click for sourcebettercoque telephone disneyelf bar kaufen deutschland our website, have the parents sign at a practice and either email it in or bring it to the field at least an hour before their first pitch.

We also need a copy of your team’s insurance. This can also be turned in at check in.

All teams should have with them a copy of all player’s birth certificates. If another team challengers the age of one of your players and you don’t have a birth certificate, its a problem.
